Standard 3-4 Day Delivery
Our standard delivery service is a 3-4 working days. Our deliveries are regularly delivered before the outlined time frame. All orders before 10am are processed that day and will be delivered as outlined.
Next Day Delivery
We also offer a next day urgent delivery service at a surcharge. The price for Next Day delivery is calculated depending upon your order and location.
Weekend & Timed Deliveries
Not going to be around? No problem! We can offer a Weekend or Timed Delivery should you require. The price of Weekend and Timed deliveries is calculated depending upon your order and location.
Please Note: all next day, weekends and timed delivery options will still incur the standard delivery charge plus the additional service(s) surcharge.
Definition of a "Kerb Side Delivery"
We offer an industry standard "kerb side delivery". This means the delivery will be dropped as close as possible to the delivery address. 9 times out of 10 this will be on the roadside where the kerb is.
All delivery drop offs are at the discretion of the delivery driver. If he/she can't deliver or the customer refuses the delivery, the delivery will be returned to the distribution hub and additional will apply for re-delivery.
Please note: we rely upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to always deliver in a timely manner there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to deliver on the appointed day and before the specified time. This happens rarely, but we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item, or any costs incurred by customers' tradesmen unable to work, please ensure you have your materials before booking in any trades. Our commitment to you is to deliver the product to the courier.
Deliveries to the continent will incur an additional charge and take up to 5 days dependant on the destination.
Non stock or temporarily out of stock items will be back ordered for you. You will be notified by e-mail of expected delivery date and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
All our deliveries are made via a subcontractor. For small consignments such as samples we use a courier services and for orders we use a pallet service. All our pallet deliveries are off-loaded via a tail-lift and NOT via a crane. We ask that you inform us of any delivery restrictions that may impede the delivery prior to the goods being despatched. Failure to do this may result in a non-delivery and therefore an additional charge for a re-delivery will apply.
The following check list is provided to ensure that delivery is achieved in the easiest and safest manner.
Check that your access is suitable; this does not just mean your drive but the road approaching your property
Can a refuse truck gain access to your property?
Is the allocated drop off point for the goods on a flat level surface, free of gravel and uneven paving etc? Pallet trucks cannot deliver up or down inclines.
You, or a designated individual, must be available to sign for the goods, with a contact telephone number supplied if different to your own.
Have you given the correct postal address, including Postcode and contact telephone number/s?
Are there any low hanging branches? The high sides of the vehicle may not be able to get under these, so please check.
Please note that if you do have delivery restrictions we are usually able to make special arrangements to accommodate them, but it is critical that you provide us with as much information as possible.
Deliveries Within 3-4 Working Days
We aim to deliver all goods within 3-4 working days, with most orders being delivered much sooner. This is providing products are in stock. However we cannot be accountable for late deliveries as a result of factors outside our control, such as increased traffic during seasonal holidays. Deliveries are made between 7 a.m and 6 p.m, and whilst we can try and obtain an estimated time of delivery during that day, in some instances this is not possible.
If you require your order delivered within a specific time-frame, we can upgrade your delivery service at an additional cost. This service includes the following:

You can usually stipulate any of these services subject to the order being place in time and the availability of the product.
Due to the specific nature of these deliveries varying from individual to individual, these orders must be placed over the phone, where we will take the instruction from you and inform you of any surcharge. Once this has all been agreed you will receive an email confirmation of the order and the specific delivery arrangements.
Please note that if the driver considers your access unsuitable for whatever reason he maintains the rights to refuse to unload the pallet or alternatively unload it as near as possible to the required destination, which may well be at the side of the road.
If, when the driver delivers, he cannot obtain a signature, the delivery may be returned for delivery at a later date. Further charges may be incurred if this happens.
Availability and Delivery
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days of the date of the dispatch confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
For palletised deliveries, the driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property. The pallet will be delivered to a location as stated above, and it is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.
For orders cancelled once the goods have been dispatched from our distribution centre. Such cancellation of orders will result in a refund of the products, less any costs incurred by us in recovering the items back to our distribution centre.
Products damaged in transit must be noted at the time of delivery, documented on the delivery note and delivery refused. It is the customer's responsibility to check the products for damage with the delivery driver and to notify us of any damages within 7 days via our contact page or email with photographic evidence to support your issue. We will not accept claims for products damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition.
